HR Project and Change Lead, this is your challenge

What you can expect

You are used to thinking along in the strategy of the organization and submit the link to the best HR direction and, by extension, the projects that arise from it. From the way you act and make your choices Effectory likes to recognize an HR architect who knows how the execution can best be done and takes a fair share in the implementation.

Digging into the field and tackling HR projects with the team, your support is needed in coaching your less experienced colleagues in the team like no other, especially your side-kick (medior) HR Projects & Change Manager. Besides that, the team consists of energetic and ambitious colleagues who love recruiting and advising our employees about HR topics.

This is what you will bring to the table as the new HR Project and Change Lead:
  • 7+ years working experience in the full spectrum of HR;
  • experience with advising on a tactical and strategic (hr) direction;
  • self steering mentality;
  • fluent in Dutch and English;
  • a university degree on hbo or wo level (HRM would be a big plus!);
  • an energetic, humoristic and down to earth personality.
