Global Mobility Manager, this is your challenge
Are you looking for the lead Global Mobility Manager role for a reputed FMCG brand and a truly global company? Do you have extensive international mobility experience and do you bring a lot of energy to lead a highly professional, ambitious team in the global head office? As Global Mobility Manager you have the following responsibilities:
  • Design, update and manage the Global Mobility agenda, policies, programs and processes;
  • coach and lead the Global Mobility team of 13 highly professional and driven team members;
  • lead the various projects to further professionalize processes, finance transformation and implement related technology;
  • support the regions and local operating companies with global mobility processes and questions;
  • work closely with external suppliers and internal colleagues from Executive Compensation, Regional Offices, Operating Companies, Capability Managers, other HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Business Partners.

As Global Mobility Manager you will report to the Director Global Rewards; the Director Global Rewards is a member of the HR Leadership Team and reports to the CHRO in the Executive Team.

You will take up the challenge at HEINEKEN International in Amsterdam:
HEINEKEN International has wide international presence through a global network of distributors and breweries. HEINEKEN owns and manages one of the world's leading portfolios of beer brands and is one of the world's leading brewers in terms of sales volume and profitability. The principal international brand is HEINEKEN, but the company brews and sells more than 170 international premium, regional, local and specialty beers and ciders. HEINEKEN International is a high-performance organization and has a diverse and supportive culture, working with motivated and committed people.

The Global Mobility team in Amsterdam is the sole Center of Expertise and Shared-Service Center for international assignees within HEINEKEN globally. There are no ‘hubs’. All policy, process and other agenda items are driven by this team. As an order of magnitude, there are about 675 international assignees of various types working in around 90 countries across the globe.

As Global Mobility Manager you have responsibility for the Global Mobility agenda and policies across the globe. Your extensive experience in this field, up to date Compensation & Benefits knowledge and natural leadership give added value to this environment.

This is what you will bring to the job of Global Mobility Manager:
  • Master’s degree with up to date knowledge of Global Mobility and international Compensation & Benefits;
  • minimum of 10 years international mobility, Compensation & Benefits and project management experience, managing stakeholders and delivering excellent international mobility results in a complex matrix environment;
  • energetic, enthusiastic people manager with extensive experience leading teams of at least 8-10 people; able to motivate teams, deliver high quality service and work with tight deadlines;
  • great communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as leading international projects;
  • combining strategic overview with a pragmatic, pro-active, adaptable and result driven approach;
  • fulltime availability and excellent command of the English language are a must.
