Are you a strong HR Business Partner with experience in an international retail environment? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and a natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes, systems and technology? As HR Business Partner you have the following responsibilities:
  • you will focus on supporting the Omnichannel pillar of this company in key activities and organizational-level change (+/- 250 pers);
  • you will drive an further optimize big HR processes like onboarding, performance and development, talent planning and internal mobility for your relevant business area;
  • you will support the business in aligning culture, people, processes, systems and results with the aim to create the best place to work;
  • you will advise and partner with dynamic and high performing leaders, helping them to attract, engage and grow people within their teams.

As hr business partner you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner.

As hr business partner you work in close collaboration with the other hr bp’s on hr initiatives. Other key members of the central hr team (Centers of Excellence) will be essential to fulfill all elements of the hr plan and ensure a consistent and efficient approach to all hr related activities. Your new ideas, analytical mindset and eagerness, add a lot to this environment.

To ensure you’ll be successful in your new role, we are looking for:
  • University Degree, post-secondary education or post-graduate diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science or Labor law or equivalent;
  • minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience in a business partner role, experience as change facilitator and business partner;
  • experience in an Ecom/Omni channel/Retail environment is an absolute plus;
  • efficiency and capacity to manage tight deadlines, prioritize and self-organize work;
  • passion for problem solving, advanced analytics, and project management;
  • strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence;
  • comprehensive understanding of current HR ‘best practice’ and benchmarks;
  • fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch is not essential but useful.
