In this role you will perform the whole recruitment process for the Global Information Service (GIS) department in Amsterdam.

As Corporate IT Recruiter you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Deliver end to end recruitment for vacancies within the IT department and ensure a great candidate experience during the process;
  • build recruitment plan/strategy and employer brand for IT Department to secure identified capabilities needed in the future;
  • (head)hunt selected IT candidates via multiple channels;
  • develope talent pools to strengthen IT its’ succession pipeline for key positions (by talent mapping competitors);
  • align your HR colleagues and business management and ensure the needs and requirements of hiring managers are being met.


As Corporate IT Recruiter you will report to the Manager HR Corporate Office.

Heineken owns and manages one of the world's leading portfolios of beer brands and is one of the world's leading brewers in terms of sales volume and profitability. Next to global brands like Heineken, Amstel and Sol, the group brews and sells more than 170 international premium, regional, local and specialty beers and ciders.

You will be part of the Global Human Resources team of Heineken International B.V. The HR team consists of 11 people including yourself: three senior HR Advisors, six HR Advisors and two Recruiters. Your candidate approach, willingness to deliver end to end recruitment and process optimization will be of added value to this international environment.

You will bring the following for the position of Corporate IT Recruiter:
  • Master’s Degree is a must;
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment for technical (IT) positions, preferably in a complex international environment;
  • in-depth knowledge of recruitment system and multi-channel experience, including digital platforms like LinkedIn;
  • excellent selection-, interviewing- and project management skills;
  • proactive self-starter, empathetic, structured, accurate, strong influencing and networking skills in a high pace, complex environment;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch.
